- How does billing work?
- Free and Pro plans are billed through Zoom Marketplace — no separate checkout or credit card form. For Business plans (volume / enterprise pricing), contact us to discuss billing options.
- Can I switch plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through your Zoom Marketplace subscriptions at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
- What counts as a “user”?
- Each Zoom Phone user who installs AutoReply counts as one user. Each user manages their own settings and templates independently.
- How long am I committed?
- Free and Pro plans are month-to-month through Zoom Marketplace. For Business plans, contact us to discuss flexible billing options.
- Does it work with call queues or auto receptionists?
- AutoReply works at the individual user level — each user gets auto-replies for their own missed calls and voicemails. It does not currently support call queues or auto receptionist lines. For SMS auto-reply on shared lines, see Zoom's native Customer Engagement add-on.
