Configure

In the Zoom app, open the Apps tab and select AutoReply for Zoom Phone. Set business hours, reply templates, and your preferred delay. Or just leave the smart defaults.

When a call is missed, AutoReply waits 3 minutes. If you call or text back before it expires — nothing sends. If not, an SMS goes out from your number automatically.

Common questions

Does it work with my existing Zoom Phone number?
Yes. AutoReply sends SMS from your own Zoom Phone number. Replies appear natively in your Zoom Phone SMS inbox — your contacts won't notice a difference.
Why is there a delay instead of an instant reply?
The smart delay is what separates AutoReply from instant-fire tools. If you call or text the contact back within that window, no message sends at all. This prevents redundant outreach and keeps your communication natural. On Pro, you can adjust the delay from 1 to 60 minutes.
Is the app secure?
Yes. AutoReply connects through Zoom's official OAuth flow via the Zoom Marketplace. We never see or store your Zoom password. The app only accesses the permissions required to send SMS on your behalf.
How do I access my settings?
Open the Zoom desktop app, click the Apps tab in the left sidebar, and select AutoReply for Zoom Phone. You can also go directly to arzoom.app/settings. Changes apply immediately.
How do I cancel or manage my Pro subscription?
Pro billing is managed entirely through Zoom Marketplace. Go to your Zoom Marketplace subscriptions to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. We don't process payments directly.
Will my coworkers get auto-reply texts?
No. Internal callers and extensions are automatically detected and skipped. Auto-replies only go to external contacts.
What if someone calls me twice?
AutoReply uses 12-hour deduplication. The same phone number won't receive more than one auto-reply in a 12-hour window, regardless of how many times they call or text.
What happens if I respond before the auto-reply sends?
The reply is cancelled. If you call or text the contact back before the delay window expires, the automatic message is suppressed — no duplicate or redundant outreach.
