Find AutoReply on the Zoom Marketplace, click Install, and authorize with OAuth. No downloads, no setup files — active immediately.
In the Zoom app, open the Apps tab and select AutoReply for Zoom Phone. Set business hours, reply templates, and your preferred delay. Or just leave the smart defaults.
When a call is missed, AutoReply waits 3 minutes. If you call or text back before it expires — nothing sends. If not, an SMS goes out from your number automatically.

When someone leaves a voicemail, they get an automatic SMS acknowledgment from your number.
When an incoming text goes unanswered within your set window, a reply is sent automatically.
Waits 3 minutes before sending, giving you a window to respond first. On Pro, adjust the delay from 1 to 60 minutes to match your response style.
If you call or text back during the delay window, the reply is automatically cancelled. Caller ringing back also cancels it instantly — no duplicate outreach.
Set the hours when auto-replies are active. Available on Free and Pro — replies only send within your configured schedule.
Pro users can optionally enable after-hours auto-replies with a separate template — so callers still get a response outside your business hours if you choose.
